Our global management team have combined 125 years experience in all aspects of international projects, real estate investments including international law and government relations. Our global team has been successful through various real estates business cycles and has been involved in more than 7.8 Billion dollars in real estate transaction and developments globally.

Since we are focused on servicing our investors needs, we offer multifamily asset management services for apartment properties with 150-500 units. Many of our global investors do not have the desire to manage multifamily properties. Basar/BSD Equities primary focus is on apartment buildings located in New York and Washington DC markets. We use years of property management experience to maximize your rental income and minimize the problems of apartment management.

The Basar BSD management method is a local expertise in the area concerning rental rates. We offer a straight forward fee structure that utilizes a comprehensive marketing and leasing strategy. This strategy permits for shorter vacancies, rigorous screening, centralized accounting, regular inspections and our 24/7 maintenance. We are currently managing numerous apartment communities and seeking to service the needs of our growing clientele.

The Basar Focus

The Basar Capital Fund ll is a 200 million dollar discretionary private equity fund,whose primary focus is providing real estate developers with reliable long term source of capital. The goal of the fund is to align its investment strategy and time frame with developing partners or a global investor who primary goals is building value thru patient holding period. It is this insight that gives Basar Group a niche to service an equity marketplace that is bent on the short term approach.

We see real estate as a long term investment that is 6 to 9 years as opposed to the investing for fees and to sell simply to maximize internal rate of return. The capital funds objective is to invest for longer holding periods in order to capitalize on the recurring cash flow and long term capital appreciation.

Our focus is to invest in projects that create value for the end user (ie tenant , consumer, resident. We will consider various property types office ,retail hotel,but our primary focus will be on Multi family. Each deal must have a well defined strategy and be sponsored by a solid developer partners with a thorough knowledge of their market.

The geographic focus in the northeast US market targeting high barrier markets such New York and Washington DC. On some projects we will joint venture with our global clientele seeking to invest in multifamily properties that we will jointly invest and manage for our global clientele.
